Charles T. Plumhoff
Director of Finance

Charles T. Plumhoff is Director of Finance for AUI Contractors, based in Fort Worth, Texas. A certified public accountant, Plumhoff has more than 15 years of significant experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and job costing, 12 of which have been in the construction industry. Since joining AUI in 2003, he has managed all of the company's financial operations, including monitoring cash flows and treasury related covenants, preparing operational budgets and maintaining the company's relationships with banking institutions used for financing capital expenditures and working capital.

Prior to joining AUI, Plumhoff was Vice President of Finance for a Fort Worth-based mechanical contracting firm from 2000 to 2003. While there, he managed all financial operations for multiple contracting companies. From 1998 to 2000, Plumhoff served as group controller for Banta Global Turnkey, managing the company's financial functions for multiple international turnkey facilities. From 1994 to 1998, Plumhoff was controller of A&G Piping, Inc., responsible for overseeing the financial operations of two mechanical companies.

He is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), serving on its membership committee. Plumhoff also is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified Financial Management Association. Plumhoff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from The University of Texas Arlington in 1991. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Texas in 1994.
